Roneagle License Plates

The first 100 McDonogh 35 High School Louisiana license plates have been ordered.

The Louisiana Department of Motor Vehicles Office of Special Plates is currently conducting validation and testing. The first 100 plates will be issued via a third-party online auction. The bidding for numbers 1, 35 and 100, will start at $500. The bidding for the remaining numbers will begin at $35.00. Bidding will begin on Monday, June 14, 2021 at 12:00 am CST and end Monday, June 28, 2021 at 11:59 am CST. The auctions will take place over the course of several days. Winners will be notified via email or text message. Once notified, you will have 72 hours to pay the cost of your winning bid. If you fail to respond and pay within the 72 hours, you will lose the opportunity to get that license plate number and the next highest bidder will be contacted.

Please remember you are still responsible for any taxes and fees assigned to your vehicle by the Department of Motor Vehicle and an additional $50.00 for a personalized plate.

The plates can only be used on cars, passenger trucks, SUVs and motor homes registered in the state of Louisiana.

All proceeds from the auction and the sale of the McDonogh 35 High School license plates will support students of McDonogh 35 High School.
